CEMS Maintenance Programs
ACS offers both scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair services to limit CEMS downtime. These services are offered on a contractual or as needed basis. Maintenance programs can be scheduled on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

Training Programs
Our training programs can be tailored to accommodate a clients needs. From "Hands On" maintenance to classroom study to EDR and EER report generation, ACS can provide the CEMS training you need. These services are offered on a contractual or as needed basis.

CEMS Certification Programs
ACS can provide CEMS certification and CEMS testing services in accordance with regulatory requirements or a customers needs, including relative accuracy testing, linearity, CGA’s and response time testing.

Process Monitor Maintenance Programs
ACS offers both scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair of process monitors, such as O2, CO2 and CO. These services are offered on a contractual or as needed basis.

Opacity and Flow Monitor Maintenance Programs
ACS offers both scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair services to limit monitor downtime. These services are offered on a contractual or as needed basis.

CGA, Linearity, RAA and RATA Testing and Reporting
ACS can provide quarterly and annual CEMS audits in accordance with EPA, State or client performance audit specifications.

CEMS Data Management and Report Preparation (EDR and EER)
ACS can prepare quarterly and annual EDR and EER reports for submittal to EPA and State regulatory agencies by the client.

QA/QC Programs
ACS can prepare written QA/QC programs for a CEMS and data acquisition system, and provide the training to maintain your Part 60, 75, 266 or 503

QA/QC Program
Hardware and Software Upgrades
ACS can provide “turnkey” hardware, DAS software, data recovery software and PLC logic upgrades for your CEMS to meet your air permit requirements or specifications. 

Parts and Supplies
ACS carries a complete line of OEM and replacement parts for analyzers, sample conditioning systems, computers, PLC’s and stack sampling probes.

Engineering and Consulting Services
ACS's Engineering and Consulting services includes CEMS design and upgrades, drafting and drawing preparation. Systems engineering and custom CEMS design work.
